What clients say about Clôture Ideal Fence
“Be very careful. They took my 6k deposit and after not showing up or replying to emails or phone calls, Rachel finally agreed to refund my deposit. It's been six weeks of daily phone calls and emails trying to get a hold of her and it still hasn't been refunded.”
“Clôture Ideal Fence is amazing! Highly recommend them for all your fencing needs. Customers service is awesome! Contacted Valerie this morning and my issue + was resolved by end of day! Thank you!”
“We used this company about 2-3 years ago for an aluminum pool fence. Over this winter we had a couple brackets break from some minor panel movement (I assume due to freeze-thaw cycle) and they came to the house to fix it right away for us, no questions asked. Great service and great product still years later!”
“Very poor quality and support is almost impossible to get. This company goes after quantity instead of quality. Avoid!”
“Terrible service. As soon as I gave my deposit they completely ignored me to schedule the install. I’ve called repeatedly and they refuse to call me back. It’s been weeks and still no word on when the fence will be installed. The receptionist continues to tell me to wait on a call from “Rachel” who has never called me back or emailed me. Very frustrated with this company.”
