“Be very careful. They took my 6k deposit and after not showing up or replying to emails or phone calls, Rachel finally agreed to refund my deposit. It's been six weeks of daily phone calls and emails trying to get a hold of her and it still hasn't been refunded.”

Over this winter we had a couple brackets break from some minor panel movement (I assume due to freeze-thaw cycle) and they came to the house to fix it right away for us, no questions asked.
