Listings here are compiled from public sources, so yours may be here without you having added it. If you want it corrected or taken down, ask and we will do it.

• We verify before we actWe confirm the request really comes from the business, usually by calling the number already on the listing. This protects you from someone else editing or deleting your profile.
• We reply either wayYou get an email confirming what changed. Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) you can ask what information we hold, have it corrected, or have it deleted.
• Correction, not just deletionMost requests are a wrong phone number or an outdated service list. Tell us what is wrong and we will fix it rather than remove a listing that sends you work.
