“I called them about my broken wine fridge. 3 diagnostic visits, 2 new components, 2 repairs, more than $1700 later, my fridge still doesn’t work. The newest diagnostic estimates more than another $1000 of work to be done to “fix it” after their last two “fixes.” Instead I asked for my money back for the fixes that haven’t work and diagnostics that have been wrong. They’ve kindly offered $49 dollars back. I expressed my thoughts on their kind offer after asking if it was a joke. I would not recommend them for any work.”
