“I utilized their service in 2022, and overall, they removed snows. However, when I compare it to the Kodiak service that I used while living in Kanata, I find that their service and pricing fall short. They imposed an additional charge on me, citing a "2022-23 Season Snow Removal 250cm Overage Driveway" fee. In contrast, when I used Kodiak at my Kanata residence, they never applied any additional charges, regardless of extra snow removal needs. I must say, I am quite disappointed with the service and the price I paid, given this experience.”
