“They never showed up at the agreed date and time!!! It was so incredibly unreliable and unprofessional. I called them twice prior to the booked date to confirm and they okayed everything. On the day of the garbage pickup they never showed up. I called them several times throughout the day and it always went into the voicemail. I later called at the end of the day and the guy picked up, I asked why they didn’t come and he gave me some half ahh excuse without even apologizing. Thank god we were able to book a garbage disposal with another company last minute. Stay away from this business, I have never in my life experienced such unprofessional service.”
