“Excellent service and very nice people. We wanted to replace our bedrooms carpet with hardwood floors. Rob was very helpful and accommodating during the whole process, responded quickly to emails and guided us nicely. Matt installed the floors for us. He was spot on choosing a wood colour that matched the rest of the house! He did a great job overall and kept everything clean when he left. We love it! I also asked him for advice on a piece of furniture I wasn’t sure how to disassemble without damaging it. He very kindly took it down for us without asking when he was done with the floors! “The Logs End team recently installed the most beautiful Red Oak hardwood floor in our master bedroom/hallway/walk-in closet. The fellows who delivered the wood and removed the old wall-to-wall carpet were polite and professional. As was the installer, who is a master at his craft.
