From patiently answering my questions before I purchased any trees to explaining the process when I purchased them. The crew, Ken and Jake, who planted the trees were very friendly and professional. They placed a trap down for the earth they removed from the trees and also used a plywood sheet for the excavator to drive on so as to not damage our lawn.
