“Had a sales rep give me a quote in November and said it would be done within 4 weeks. Well 4 weeks passed and nothing. Contacted the sales rep and was told he doesn't schedule anyone so he doesn't know what's going on. Waited approx 3 months and emailed and called and I finally get a call back. Explained what was going on and was told I'd get a call back which never happened. We went on vacation for a week and the job is done but they placed a down spout right on the property line where the fence post would go. Called my sales rep and he said reluctantly that they would fix it. Well I've accepted it's not happening and I'm done chasing. The work is good but expect zero communication.”
