“Our dryer started making a strange noise on the weekend. Called and same day had someone come take the dryer apart and do diagnostics. Motor needed to be tightening as it was loose and rattling. Had the blower fan and e clip replaced as they were warped from the motor moving. Serhaii was a fantastic and knowledgeable technician. Quick and professional. Saved us from needing a new motor. Quick visit (even in Orleans) for our washing machine, he diagnosed the issue and explained it. The machine was quite old 10+ years and he could fix it. “These guys are fantastic. We woke up to a broken fridge on a Saturday morning. We called, and they had a technician working on the fridge in 2 hours.The gentleman was very polite and knowledgable, he took the time to explain what the problem was, how much it would cost to fix it and why he'd recommend repairing over replacing.He fixed the problem very quickly, cleaned up the appliance and the area around it, which was extra appreciated, and, as a bonus, he showed me maintenance tips while he was working. “I reached out to multiple local appliance repair businesses when my fridge stopped working. Napoleon was the only one that could get a technician to my house the same day. Eugueni then managed to diagnose the faulty component, order a replacement, and return to my place the same day it came in to install it. The process wasn't the cheapest, since I had to pay for two separate service visits as well as the cost of the replacement component, but I can't complain about the speed and quality of the work.”
