“We had a negative experience with this company. They could not identify the issue with our dishwasher. With our oven the technician identified an issue but it was not the correct issue (we replaced the part he suggested and there are ongoing problems). Do not recommend.”

“Huge scammers, came out to do a diagnosis for our oven that took them 5 minutes for $300, and then never got back to us for the repair. Quote for a simple fix was going to be over $1000, and was clearly AI generated. Don’t listen to these fabricated 5 star reviews, go with any other company! Would put 0 stars if I could.”

“I have no idea how this company has any five star reviews. They were infuriating to deal with on every step of the process. I used them to install appliances for a brand new house. They couldn’t figure out how to install half of them. Now my client moved in and the dishwasher is leaking on the first use. They are trying to avoid doing the repair because it’s been over 60 days since they install it. They also didn’t install the anti tip brackets for the stove which was a hazard and failed the Enbridge final inspection which cost me $140. Just stay away.”

“Unreliable company and customer service. Ignore phones calls and they dont get back to you. Came in for the diagnostic and charged $290 for the fee afterwards excuse to finish the job such a delayed parts, ordered wrong parts ect.. and left me with an Unrepaired equipment. All the 1 star reviews mentioned have truth to them. Best to look elsewhere.”
