Before you hire
What should you check before hiring an appliance repair company in Ottawa?
Before paying for an appliance repair it is worth checking whether the unit is subject to a safety recall, because a recall remedy comes from the manufacturer rather than from your repair bill. The Government of Canada publishes recalls, advisories and safety alerts for consumer products in one searchable database. Ottawa Service Directory is a listings site, not a regulator: we publish what a business reports about itself, so confirm what applies to your job with the source below and with Fixman Appliance Repair before work starts.
